Company Profile · Singapore Home Services
SINGAPORE — 5,000+ completed jobs, a verifiable PUB plumber licence, and BCA L1 grading set this decade-old firm apart in a crowded home services market.
Singapore's water tank cleaning and maintenance sector includes a mix of licensed specialists and unregistered handymen, making credential verification a growing concern for homeowners and property managers. Alpha & Omega Trinity Pte Ltd (UEN 201215586K), trading as AOT Trinity, has spent over a decade building a track record as a PUB-licensed water tank and plumbing specialist, completing 5,000+ completed jobs since its founding in 2012.
Founded in 2012, AOT Trinity has grown from a small residential plumbing operation into a multi-service technical contractor covering water tank cleaning and repair, general plumbing, LEW-endorsed electrical works, air-conditioning servicing, water heater installation, pump repair, and grease trap maintenance. The company operates from 32 Old Toh Tuck Road, I.Biz Centre #03-11, Singapore 597658, serving residential, commercial and industrial clients island-wide.
AOT Trinity holds PUB Plumber Licence WS16882018, registered to Lam Kien Choon, verifiable via PUB's official licensed plumber directory. The company is also BCA-registered under ME01 (Air-Con/HVAC), ME06 (Fire Prevention), ME12 (Plumbing/Sanitary), and holds BiZSAFE Level 3 certification (Certificate E18947) from the Workplace Safety and Health Council — evidence of a documented workplace safety management system.
Core services include: water tank cleaning, disinfection, inspection and repair; general and emergency plumbing; LEW-endorsed electrical works; air-conditioning installation and servicing; water heater installation and repair; pump installation and repair; and grease trap cleaning and maintenance.
Water tank cleaning packages are priced from SGD 250 to SGD 750 depending on tank size and access requirements, with same-day response available for most requests.
The company holds a verifiable PUB plumber licence and BCA L1 grading, alongside a completed project count exceeding 5,000 jobs since 2012.
"We believe every Singapore household deserves certified, transparent water tank maintenance. Our PUB licence isn't a marketing claim — it's a number anyone can look up and verify, and that accountability is what we built this company on."
